My experience at the hotel was mixed. I initially enjoyed the size of the spa suite, which was impressive and offered great value for the space. However, I faced numerous issues during my stay, including cleanliness concerns and unhelpful staff interactions. The location near Fremont Street was noisy at night, making it difficult to relax. Overall, while there were highlights, I wouldn't want to come back due to the frustrations I encountered.
